    Interface RuntimeLogger

    Logger interface for the provider runtime layer.

    Decoupled from @cdk-x/logger so that provider packages have no compile-time dependency on the concrete logger implementation. LoggerImpl from @cdk-x/logger satisfies this interface structurally — no adapter needed.
